Michelle Bingaman, Surgical Patient Coordinator
Michelle has worked as a surgical coordinator and administrative assistant for the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since August 1991 and has been with West County Plastic Surgeons since its inception. Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge as well as an enthusiastic personality to everything she does and treats all of her patients with compassion and warmth. Michelle and her husband have two sons, and in her spare time she is working on a novel that she hopes to be published one day.
Colleen Kilbourne-Glynn, Certified Research Coordinator
Colleen has worked in clinical research for 20 years. As a certified research coordinator, she has worked primarily in oncology trials, mostly at Washington University. She also did a 10-year stint working as a project manager on two NIH multi-site studies. When not running around clinic, she is running around town with her family or training for a half marathon.
Tina Orth, Registered Nurse
Tina has a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor of science degree in nursing from St. Louis University. Her work experience includes sleep research, an eating disorders clinical program, and work and clinical research related to facial plastic surgery and reconstructive, cosmetic, and nerve surgery. A registered nurse for 22 years, she has been employed by Washington University School of Medicine for 14 years and has been a member of the West County Plastic Surgeons of Washington University team since August 2016.
Her favorite part of the job is being personally involved with Dr. Myckatyn and Dr. Tenenbaum's patients who are so pleased with their transformations, no matter how minor. She explained that she is most touched by the joy their breast reconstruction patients show when they get to the final phase of their long journey. Tina provides these patients with nipple/areolar tattooing,saying that the sense of normalcy they feel is so touching, she is overwhelmed by their joy.
Tina said she enjoys working with Dr. Myckatyn and Dr. Tenenbaum because they are dedicated to their patients and staff, and everyone they encounter gets their personal touch and attention. She is most inspired by breast reconstruction patients who each have their own journey, yet arrive at the office optimistic and grateful.
3Her personal interests include travel and running. She has run in 2 1/2 marathons and has been training and planning for more.
Kristi Reasons-Look, Clinical Service Representative
Kristi recently celebrated her five-year anniversary with West County Plastic Surgeons. Prior to working here, her background included 12 years as a licensed medical esthetician, so she is very familiar with the cutting-edge treatments we offer. Kristi enjoys all of the patient interaction on the phone and in the office and says, "Our patients become our family." When she's not at work, Kristi is spending every second with her baby daughter Amelia. Her true passions in life are her family and making others laugh.
Carol Wolfslau, Surgical Patient Coordinator
Carol has been employed at Washington University for 24 years. She has worked in a multitude of departments in the capacity of front desk, billing, and medical secretary. She has been in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery since 2010 as Dr. Marissa Tenenbaum's surgical coordinator and administrative assistant. Carol has an engaging personality and provides support and encouragement. She is truly a source of comfort to all our patients from breast reconstruction to cosmetic.
She was born and raised in St. Louis. She is a breast cancer survivor of 10 years and is married to David Wolfslau. She has three boys, two stepsons, and one stepdaughter.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, and gardening. She loves the outdoors, especially the mountains, and enjoys hiking.
Rachel Woods, Medical Assistant
Rachel's primary focus is to be the liaison between Emily Weinhaus, MS, PA-C, and her patients, to ensure optimal communication and understanding. Rachel is a team player and is always available to help out wherever she is needed. Her goal is to ensure total comfort and trust while in our care. Outside of the office, Rachel enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
Corinne Merrill, Research Nurse Coordinator BSN, RN, CCRN
Corinne has been a nurse since 2003. She worked as an emergency and critical care nurse before transitioning to research in 2013. She enjoys the academic side of nursing because it combines patient interaction with the development of new and better ways to care for people. In her spare time she likes to garden and spend time with her family.
Lisa Schaefer, Practice Coordinator
Lisa is the Practice Coordinator and works in Practice Development for West County Plastic Surgeons. Lisa has worked in sales, marketing and management for over 15 years. Lisa enjoys working in brand management, new business development and customer service. She has a strong passion for the medical and aesthetic industry. Lisa is warm, friendly and a skilled communicator with the interpersonal skills to effectively interact with surgeons, nurses and other staff members. Lisa is an outgoing individual who loves spending time with her friends and family, traveling and enjoys a good laugh.
